Audrey Tautou
Audrey Tautou, the oldest of her four siblings, was born on 8 August 1976 in Beaumont Puy-de Domme. Her parents encouraged her parents, a dentist and a teacher and both of them were teachers. They encouraged her to pursue her passion for the theatre. It was in stark contrast to an earlier desire to pursue a career as a primateologist since she loved monkeys. The rise was swift for her to become a famous young actor. When she graduated in 1998, her studies, she was able to take part in Jeunes Premiers an French television talent-scouting program that was which was run by Canal+. There she received the award for best Young Actress at the Beziers Festival of Young Actors. The result was that she decided to pursue a professional career as an actor. Tautou was educated at Institut Catholique de Paris, was a churchgoer as a young girl and was brought up Catholic. But she has since gotten away from the Catholic tradition. Modeling and acting are interspersed. Her image was the mainstay of L'Oreal Mont Blanc Chanel, and is often referred to as the Chanel Muse. She also has a serious interest in photography and recently exhibited her work at the Arles Festival with the name Superficial. Photography of her is primarily focused on fame and celebrity and then turns her camera to the journalists who scrutinised her after her meteoric rise in fame and fortune with Amelie and self-portraits. Audrey Tautou shot to stardom and international fame with her first big role, starring in the role of Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain. Amelie was an international box-office film that received acclaim at award ceremonies around the globe. It's the biggest French language film ever on the US. In the years following the release of this film, Tautou starred in numerous films ranging from British dramas and Jean Pierre Jeunet's film Un long dimanche de fiancailles. After that, she shifted to Hollywood and starred with Tom Hanks alongside Ron Howard in The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
